To Eat or Not to Eat
All these years we were told that fats make us fat, clog up arteries, give us high cholesterol, increase blood pressure and kill us with a heart attack.
40 years later, after removing all the fatty meats, saturated fats, butter and most oil from our diet, we are fatter, have more heart disease and dying ever younger. Now we found out it was all a lie, a big fat lie; at the very least it was a terrible mistake. Still, with all the data and scientific evidence backing up the benefits of saturated fats , coconut oil and such, most had our brainwashing ingrained so deeply that we are holding on to time tested lies and refused to let go of the beliefs that are obviously not serving us or make us healthier.

We have stop eating saturated fat and been doing what is right by them for so long, so why are we fatter than before and had more heart disease and blocked arteries? Shouldn't we be getting better already?? |

Saturated Fats are more stable than Vegetable fats to oxidation. Human Breast Milk is 54% fats,
of which more than half is Saturated. ...just imagine...breast feeding babies with milk that has 25% saturated fats, shouldn't these babies be really sick or unhealthy? ..... or have nature made a mistake with the milk formula? ..or may be saturated is not that bad as we thought.
